Payment
I accept payments via PayPal for custom mugs. When sending funds, please be sure to select the 'Friends and Family' option.
Delivery
Custom mugs are shipped from outside the United States via FedEx. For an accurate shipping quote, I’ll need additional information from the recipient, which we can discuss privately via email.
Process
Please allow 5 weeks to create your custom mug. The process includes shaping, carving the design, coloring, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. Each piece is carefully tested for quality.
Care
Each piece is food-, dishwasher-, and microwave-safe. However, since these items are handmade, please handle them with care. For items with unglazed exteriors, hand washing is recommended to preserve their finish.
